
L+ Yogurt with Live Bacterial Cultures
This L+ Yogurt contains beneficial bacterial cultures such as Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Bifidobacterium lactis. These cultures provide numerous health benefits, particularly for digestion and overall gut health.

Instructions for Yogurt Preparation:
- Heat 1 liter of milk to 176°F (for whole milk). If using pasteurized or grain milk, heat it only to 108°F.
- Cool the milk to 108°F and pour it into a container with a tight lid.
- Open the sachet and add the bacterial culture to the milk. Stir well.
- Let it ferment for up to 16 hours at 108°F (check after 12 hours for thickness).
- If the yogurt hasn’t formed, gently heat it and leave for a few more hours.
- Save 4 tablespoons of yogurt as a starter for the next batch.
